These are fairly rare, particularly in this condition. The pennants plus a wrapped piece of candy were packaged in cardboard boxes, with one pennant per box from 1946-1949. Full sets include 16 pennants and 16 pins, the number of major league baseball teams at the time. The felt mini pennants, including this one, are about 4 inches long, and there were variations in both color and design over the roughly 4 years of production.
