Description: This is a 1964 (Philadelphia) Kennedy Silver Proof Half Dollar "Straight G" Variety PCGS PR69 (Proof 69). This coin has the Type 1 Reverse like the reverse found on Accented Hair coins as the reverse hub only appears on early dies of 1964. It was used for the "Accented Hair" variety, but it is not exclusive to it. It appears on currency strikes, as well, but NGC only attributes the proof version (NGC Variety Plus). It is only recognized and attributed by NGC and CONECA (RDV-001). PCGS does not recognize this variety; hence, the missing attribution on the label. These are distinguished by the right side of the letter "G" in FG as it is straight and has no crossbar. The rays are also "broken" where they pass through the stars on the right of the Eagle's head. There is a quantity for this listing, so you may receive a coin with the same grade designation but different certification number. Each coin is of the Type 1 Reverse "Straight G" Variety. Some coins consist of some light amounts of haze/tiny specs of milk/specs of tone that can be visible at certain angles and lighting. The first coin pictured is what I consider the least appealing and will try to save it for last as long as quantities remain.
