It is the B-A block and has Freidberg number 2309. It is a beautiful note which deserves its gem grade. It is totally original and the yellow seal is a bold and pleasant gold color. It is graded Gem Uncirculated 65EPQ by PMG. The EPQ means the paper has exceptional quality. You don't have to trust me concerning the grade when you can trust the professionals at PMG.
