Description: Beautiful hand made oak salesman sample measures approx 18 1/4" x 13" x 6 1/4". The swivel mirror is removable.Very good condition - mirror has some wear from age - see photos. The label states: CONVERSE Prevents Breakage of Mirror or Frame. Bureau Showing Methods of Packing Mirror and Frame. Patented June 27, 1905 No 793422. These were made by Converse Furniture Co. in Grand Rapids MI. Later, around 1909 they started making doll furniture. Beautiful natural wood grain and patina. Very well made piece of furniture in great condition. There is one small chip on the bottom right on the front near the foot, but it's hard to notice. See last photo for a close-up.
