Description: Antique Chinese Blanc De Chine Porcelain Boy Figurine with Auspicious Taoism Meaning This antique figurine features a boy with two big tails holding a big coin and a frog which has auspicious Taoism meaning - good fortune and many offsprings (like frogs) in Chinese culture. It’s hand made and still look vividly after more than 100 years. Size: 7.25”x3”x3”, 18.4x7.6x7.6 CM Condition: Excellent antique condition with no damages or repairs. There are signs of ages and natural crazing due to age. There’s a small natural crack on the bottom/base that happened during firing when the figurine was made. Provenance: It was part of the massive collection of the a very very prominent family in the San Francisco area. Its last owner lived till the age of 98. He originally purchase this piece at an auction in the late 50’s. The label sticker on the bottom was made by the auction house.
