Description: Antique Northwood Custard Glass Spooner Vase in the Beaded Circle Pattern with Hand Painted Floral design. This does glow nicely. Made in the early 1900's This spooner would have been part of a serving set including a sugar, creamer and likely a jelly dish. Most of these are now considered and used as vases for shorter bouquets and arrangements. Overall in good pre-owned antique condition. There is one chip on the scalloped rim; loss to the gold accent paint - primarily on the tops of the scallops; and there are lines of gold accent dripping into the inside rim. Those gold drips do feel like scratch lines when you run a fingernail. They correspond to the beaded rib lines on the outside between each scallop. I believe these are from the original manufacturing use of a mold - I don't think these are damage. Please review all photos provided which includes some measurements.
