Stamped on the bottom Wilcox Silver Plate Co mark, Quadruple Plate 885 12.Measurements: 14" tall with handle up, 7 1/4" tall to top of plate,and 10" by 10" wide plate and a 5 1/4" in diameter base. It weighs approx 2 1/2" pounds.It is a preowned item. It needs a really good polishing to bring it back to life. There is heavy tarnishing to the piece, some surface scratches and scuffs, light dings and dents, and some pitting to the silver plate in spots.
