Actually, it's a complete, self-contained MC cartridge that just requires the associated mounting bracket. This is New Old Stock genuine Azden in the factory packaging as shown!! The Azden name is printed on the flip-down stylus guard. Empire also marketed this as their SMC +20 (cartridge model was MC +20). The foam insert had deteriorated and has been replaced.
