This issue reprints stories from Batman 4, 14, 24, 221 & Detective Comics 355, 404, featuring the Joker, the Penguin and many others. It also happens to have one of Neal Adams' most classic Batman covers! Please closely review all of the pictures to help determine the condition of the book for yourself.
