They can be use upright or horizontal position - Criterion emblem can be turn to correct setting.Speakers are tested and works, they are 8 ohms each. Both small speakers ( 3 1/2") needs surrounding foam suspension. Right woofer has little punch hole The auction is for 1 pair ( 2 speakers) .
