Description: New, Hand Made, Hand Tooled, Hand Sewn, Cross Draw Leather Half Holster for 1847 Walker Colt Army Revolver in .44 caliber with 9 inch barrel. Cross Draw Slim Jim or California style this holster is inspired by the one Gus McCray wore in the TV series Lonesome Dove. This is a brand new holster made in Alabama by Czekanski Leatherworks. Dyed brown and tooled with simple line pattern. Made for belt wear on the left side with the butt to the right. It hangs at an angle to facilitate cross draw. The holster is short with an open toe exposing several inches of the barrel and loading lever. Belt loop will fit 2 inch wide belt. The holster features no retention strap or hammer loop relying on a tight fit to hold the pistol. Suitable for Cowboy action shooting or living history or cos-play.
