It was published in 2006. This book was purchased by me as a souvenir and never read.It is a vintage book and sold as is. The cover references a CD-rom but I don't recall ever seeing it so it must have been an add-on. There is no CD-ROM included and the WWW tutorials are most likely no longer online. The book is in excellent condition. Minor scuffing on the hardcover from storage.
