When Harley Davidson bought out AMF back in the 70's one of their priorities was to reduce stock and parts that were AMF. Many of the parts were interchangeable between years and models (SS & SX for example). Although frame numbers and serial numbers indicate a specific model; ie SX175, SX250, SS175, SS250; the seats and other parts were from other years or other models. 1974 SX175 1975 SX175 & SX250 1976 SX175 & SX250 The material used in this seat cover is made from high-grade industrial strength marine vinyl. These covers have been designed to provide a perfect fit over stock foam and original pan giving your seat and bike the 'stock' look. We have sold over 300 of the HD/AMF SX175/250 seat cover worldwide since our first sale in Jun 2007!!ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This cover has been reproduced in black industrial strength marine grade vinyl to provide greater durability and long lasting wear. These covers will have HARLEY-DAVIDSON professionally dyed in white on the rear to help with the 'stock' look. This seat cover is designed to fit the SX175 AND SX250 single seat only on original foam. If you have bought an aftermarket foam, please contact me prior to buying as there are now some aftermarket foams that are oversized and will not fit the OEM sized covers that I manufacture. Pictures shows complete seat and restored bike for demonstrative purposes only. The bike, seat foam and pan are not included in this sale.
