His debut work, Boogiepop wa Warawanai, won the Dengeki Novel Prize in 1997, and was adapted into an animated television series twice, in 2000 and 2019. JoJos Bizarre Adventure: Shining Diamonds Demonic Heartbreak began serialization in December 2021, and the series completed its run in May 2023. Tasuku Karasuma made his manga debut in 2005 with the one-shot "Kamihogi" in Monthly Shonen Ace. After various other one-shots and comic adaptations, his longest-running manga, No Guns Life, was serialized in Ultra Jump from October 2014 to October 2021, and was adapted into an animated television series in 2019.
