Description: Men's 50s Vintage Gleneagles Harris Tweed Wool Overcoat Coat, Green-Gray, 39 L Men's 50s Vintage Gleneagles Harris Tweed Wool Overcoat Coat, Green-Gray, 39 L A 1950s Mid Century vintage Harris Tweed wool overcoat by Gleneagles. Dark greenish-gray tweed with subtle hints of gold, red, and ivory white. 2 flap pockets. Marbled dark green Lucite buttons. old by John Wannamaker. Good condition, and the overall appearance is excellent. The tweed has no stains, holes or damage. The satin binding on the inside hem has wear in places, but only on the bottom part of the coat. It's circled in the photos. There is also a small tear in the lining above the hemline. The underside of the flap of the right pocket has wear to the lining fabric, it's been repaired but a small patch of lining fabric is missing. The pocket lining has also been neatly repaired. Both repairs are only visible if you look under the flap / inside the pocket, nothing visible from outside. The size on the tag is 39 Long.
