Description: Ready Built O Scale 24" Trestle This 24" long by 6" wide by 6.5" high trestle arrives completed and ready to place on your model train layout. The base structure includes four wide plastic trestle units reinforced with triangle brackets bonded on all sides and to each other. The roadbed base is foam core covered in faux wood Scenery Sheets, finished off with plastic railings on each side. Trestle structure is gray but can be easily be repainted using most model paints. This wide format trestle works well as an elevated trestle line or bridge. It is high enough to accommodate O scale train locomotives and cars passing underneath it either under or through it. The top is wide enough to support either one line of track with built in roadbed such as Fastrack or two lines of track without roadbed such as O27 tubular, Atlas, etc. The trestle is strong enough to support most locomotive models offered by Lionel, MTH, Atlas, etc. All the components of this completed trestle, including the four sided wide bases, wood Scenery Sheets and railings are also available for individual purchase in our eBay store.
