Description: This sale is for a March 1909 issue of the magazine entitled "Pictorial Review" which includes short stories, fashion and a story on President-elect Taft and his family. A number is written on the front cover. Some center pages have pulled loose from the staples. One page has a 1 1/2 inch tear from the edge of the page. several pages have small sections missing from the corners. No missing pages.. See photographs for condition issues.
