Description: This is a complete kit to build a freelanced 12' narrow gauge industrial caboose. This detailed kit includes an interior with a removable roof. Assembly requires several basic modeling tools including a hand drill with a few small bit sizes including #70, #43/#41 bits, sandpaper, hobby knife, model saw, weights, right angle blocks, etc. This kit INCLUDES detailing hardware, truck, metal wheelsets, and couplers with draft gear boxes (note that the brake wheel style may vary). Underbody hardware is attached with machine screws threaded into metal inserts, so model assembly, disassembly and maintenance is hassle free! This is the On30 version of this kit which runs on HO gauge (16.5mm) track. Note that some example images may show an On2 version of the kit, but are representative of the model other than wheel gauge. The model as provided is On30 gauge, but can be regauged using a wheel press or similarly functioning tool to On2. This semi-craftsman kit is recommended for experienced model builders age 16+.
