Description: This rare 1900s Surburg “Cresent Club” litho hinged tobacco tin, measuring 3 1/4” x 4 1/2” x 2 1/4”, is in faIr condition with no rust, one small crease on the lid and some age related paint scratches and chips. The hinge is in excellent condition. There is a small piece of tax stamp. This very attractive orange, gold and black tin has detailed imagery of two woman sitting on Turkish cresents.The tobacco was manufactured by the Surburg Tobacco Company, New York, NY.
