This top zipper stores a plastic case to hold sunglasses. The front zipper opens up for the main compartment. It does have a mark that looks like maybe a pen mark (see pictures). It has an adjustable waist strap. When the strap is fully adjusted out, the fanny pack would fit a waist of 40-inch circumference. You get exactly what is pictured.
