Description: Vintage Miniature Stetson hat box with Steston branded miniature plastic cowboy hat. Thought to be salesman samples by some, this is actually what was used as a gift certificate when someone wanted to buy a full sized hat as a gift which allowed to recipient to choose their own style and size. This hat box and hat are from the 1950's. (Verified with vintage advertisements I have in my own collection). Hat is in excellent condition and box is in fair condition although the lid no longer flips open as original did. Stetson logos and insignias are printed printed on the lid, front, back and sides.
