We guarantee the quality of our plants. If one should perish during shipment, please contact us within 24 hours with relevant pictures. We will refund the cost of the plant or send a replacement one.Please note: absolutely no refunds or replacements will be given after 24 hours of receipt. 5. We are not responsible for any items lost or delayed in the mail processing, showing as delivered but not found for any reason, damaged during transit, or any other problems with USPS.
