SunRay, unlike many manufacturers, does not use wires to conduct FAR Infrared heat, rather we apply the perfect thickness of ultra-conductive carbon to an epoxy resin panel activated by positive and negative copper strips on either side. The epoxy resin panel is then laminated which results in ultra low EMF levels safe for continuous use. SunRay Saunas contain wooden panels that are pre-packaged in cardboard boxes and then placed on a wooden pallet to ensure the sauna arrives without damage. The cardboard boxes can be removed from the pallet and will fit through any door size 24”or greater. Our saunas are not pre-assembled. They arrive in panels which are secured together with screws and metal latches. Assembly takes approximately one hour. Orders placed prior to noon on any weekday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after noon on any weekday will be shipped the following weekday. Online orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Shipping information We only ship this electric indoor sauna to the lower 48 states and do not combine shipping or offer local pickup. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO'S. Still, if, for some reason, you're not satisfied within the first 60 days after receiving the product, we will refund your money or send a replacement item.
