Description: Item up for sale is a wonderfully done painting on artist board depicting an adobe style house in an American Southwest desert landscape setting. This piece is signed on the lower right with the name Lottie M. Griffin who we believe was an artist that lived from 1932 - 2018 in Houston, Mississippi. Verso of the painting has handwritten marks with most of it being faded and illegible to use and with a mark of "68" that we believe to be for the year of 1968. Painting was found unframed and will come the same. Surfaces show some soiling and patina consistent with age and display. Edges and corners shows some paint wear consistent with a previous framing.
