I've had them (and other NOS, NIP parts) safely stored in the garage and except for some dust on the package they are actually brand NEW, Never used, but from an open package ! These style lights make great additional Rear Lights for Choppers, Bobbers and many other custom applications, due to their Dual Filament lamps. They can basically be wired as Running, Blinker & / or Brake lights to add more visibility & safety to your ride ! The ground connection is made to the chassis thru the mounting posts and the low / high filaments connect thru the 2 wires !
