Description: This is a nice Vintage Elgin American cigarette case lighter combination. It is non working. The lighter stays popped up unless it is locked down with the lock button. It is a collectable lighter case with a hard to find design and comes with its original pouch and case. The lighter is in good cosmetic condition with light scratches, some spots and finish ware. The case and pouch both have ware and discoloration. A nice piece for display.
